Senior Send off

June 17, 2023

Congratulations to the class of 2023! The graduating Evolutions class has gone through a lot. We stuck together through chilly nights waiting for our rides after class, missing our friends, zoom sessions, masked classes, and some of us even got a job at the museum!

To close off our year we dined in September in Bangkook. We loved our fancy food and made sure to snap many pictures for our social media. Some of us even got a glass of milk to deal with the unbearable spice. Nonetheless, we loved our food and company.

So here are some of the impacts the seniors left: Emma: Emma has helped code the EVOLUTIONS website and taught html/css to incoming staff. Veronica: Veronica stepped up when there was a need to translate to Spanish speaking families during community events. Diana: Diana has helped with the majority of our amazing crafts during events and guided young children and parents to creating masterpieces. Gian: Gian takes initiative in writing scripts for videos featuring green screens and writing articles. Jose: Jose has brought a new twist to videos by adding exciting editing. As well as grabbing families attention in community events. Jo’vonte: Jo’vonte is a good interpreter and easy to talk to. He also is good at folding our impossible-foldable green screens. We are so excited for our seniors to move onto the next steps of their lives. We can’t wait to see them do incredible things!
